Inspiring to greatness is the mission of Collegium Wratislaviense. It is the ability to set oneself thrilling, ambitious goals and their effective implementation. In carrying out our mission, we combine two worlds - business with education and the academy – and we bring out the best from them. From the business world we draw experience and tools for effective action and achieving high, measurable results. From the world of education and the academy we draw ethos and high standards of activities, based on values and the search for goodness and truth.

In Collegium Wratislaviense we are convinced that in order to grow, we need inspiration to greatness. We need to meet someone who adds enthusiasm, wings, and is able to steer us in the direction of what we want and what seems unattainable to us, someone, who will strengthen our courage to fulfill dreams. We need meetings that will help us broaden horizons, set new goals and at the same time will give concrete tools to implement them.

Already more than 1300 graduates completed our certified courses - School of Tutors and School of Mentors. We cooperate with various institutions, supporting them in the implementation of tutoring and mentoring - companies, schools, universities, non-governmental organizations and public administration.

In addition, we are active as tutors and mentors and we popularize our ideas by organizing and participating in various conferences and congresses, as well as by publishing specialized books and articles.
