16-18th March 2017 (Thursday-Saturday) - the 1st edition of the Food Show 2017 - International Congress Centre (MCK), Katowice.
Food Show is:
- 2 days for professionals (16-17th March) and
- open days for residents of the region (17-18th March).
During the Food Show almost 20 industry debates took place involving over 100 speakers. They were accompanied by exhibitions, food presentations, food tastings, cooking shows, culinary workshops, meetings with chefs and culinary bloggers. During two open days the event was visited by more than 1500 professionals and more than 5000 fine food enthusiasts.
